I had a battery suddenly fail mid-flight and the drone crashed - luckily the only thing damaged was drone. That afternoon, I filled out the claim info and sent in all the required documentation and sent in comprehensive pictures, description of event and data from flight. I got an email within minutes of sending info in confirming receipt. I talked to claims guy next day and had check out to me the next. Painless!
