Business and Operations Rockstar

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the company's business strategy to launch and sustain growth in various new markets.
  • Direct and manage the new market’s project timeline.
  • Set the project milestones and cross-functional roles and responsibilities.
  • Manage the projects’ product, marketing, operations, and financial resources to increase market penetration and deliver profitable growth.
  • Analyze and report on key drivers impacting the top and bottom line performance in the new markets; present regular updates to senior leadership.
  • Advise on and select external partners and serve as their key point of contact.


  • MBA from top tier business school or equivalent entrepreneurial background.
  • 2+ years of experience (post-MBA) in a business/operational role in a fast growing early stage business or at a top-tier management consulting firm.
  • Ability to autonomously lead projects, which includes structuring complex problems and developing testable hypotheses.
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, especially at executive and C-level.
  • Strong proficiency in creating and evaluating business financials, pricing, and deal mechanics.
  • Highly organized, able to juggle multiple tasks at any time, and make progress on all fronts.
  • Excellent communication skills, native English is a plus.
  • An ideal candidate will have former experience within the Insurance/InsurTech industry or within the "Mobility" world.

Senior Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate customer insights to guide product vision and definitions.
  • Own and drive products through the complete product life-cycle from concept and ideation, through requirement definition, design and development, all the way to production, deployment and post-deployment.
  • Engage key business, development, marketing and other stakeholders to help nurture the requirement and deliver the best result.


  • Strong B2C experience preferably with mobile apps.
  • Can-do attitude, with a strong customer service ethic. Ability to move seamlessly between the 'big picture' and very low levels of technical and business detail.
  • Broad, general technical knowledge. Competence discussing technical topics with developers.
  • Understanding of the application development life-cycle and related methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized, able to juggle multiple tasks at any time, and make progress on all fronts
  • Fluent English.
  • BSc or equivalent.

Full Stack / Mobile Developer

Key Responsibilities

  • You'll contribute to the development of our apps with the goal of making the best possible products.
  • Work closely with product manager and engineers to implement versatile back-end & front-end solutions for our platform.
  • Work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Launch, iterate and make a difference. Provide coding expertise, and be ready to make our platform better for users.


  • B.Sc. in software engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of mobile development (React-native, Android, iOS) experience (the more – the merrier)


    At least 2 years of back-end .NET experience.
  • Team player, quick learner and independent.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Highly organized, able to juggle multiple tasks at any time, and make progress on all fronts.

Office Manager (part-time)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office G&A budget.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Planning and executing of welfare events.
  • Manage vendor and service provider coordination (maintenance staff, deliveries etc).
  • Organize office operations and procedures.
  • Maintain kitchen, grocery & office supplies.


  • 2+ years in a similar or relevant role within a Start-up/Hi-tech company – Must
  • Excellent verbal and written English - Must
  • Excellent knowledge of desktop applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet tools).
  • Ability to function in a demanding environment and to handle multiple tasks in a calm and organized manner.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality with a confident and highly professional manner.
