What you’ll do
- Provide a memorable customer experience by interacting with SkyWatch Insurance existing clients and potential prospects
- Reach out to potential clients who showed interest by phone/email, provide quotes, and bind coverage.
- Engage in proactive policy retention strategies
- Maintain and improve an internal knowledge base and workflows
- Work closely with the R&D and Product teams to solve client issues and share customer insights
Requirements
- 3+ years of P&C insurance experience
- Aviation insurance experience is a strong advantage
- Customer obsession and sales mindset
- Great communication skills
- Technology-oriented with analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- P&C insurance license.
