Find us at Booth 4081, Hangar D
Hangar D is one of the main exhibition halls at AirVenture, right in the thick of the action. Booth 4081 is where you will find the SkyWatch team all week long. Stop by to ask questions about aircraft insurance, get a quote on the spot, or just talk through your coverage situation. Our team actually flies and understands what pilots need from an insurance policy.
Whether you are a student pilot looking at your first renter policy, an owner with a single-engine Cessna, or a commercial drone operator working under Part 107, we will have someone there who can talk through your specific situation.

We are running two workshops during the week on the forum stages. Both are free to attend, no registration needed. Show up, grab a seat, and leave with a clearer picture of how aviation insurance actually works.

These sessions cover the basics that pilots often get wrong: what liability coverage actually protects, how hull values are calculated, when you need a renter policy versus an owner policy, and what commercial operators need before their first paid job. If you have questions about aircraft renters insurance or want to understand what an owner policy covers, the workshops are a good place to start.
SkyWatch Happy Hour at the SOS Bros Beer Tent
On Wednesday evening, July 22, we are hosting a private happy hour for Skywatchers at the SOS Bros Beer Tent. Doors open at 5:00 PM and close at 7:00 PM.
This is a casual evening for customers, partners, fellow pilots, and anyone who wants to connect before the night airshow kicks off. Space is limited, so you need to RSVP to get in. No cover, no dress code, just aviation people and good company in one of AirVenture's best spots.

What is AirVenture Oshkosh?
EAA AirVenture Oshkosh is the world's largest airshow and fly-in, held every summer at Wittman Regional Airport in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. The event draws around 600,000 attendees and more than 10,000 aircraft over seven days. It is part trade show, part fly-in, part community gathering for everyone from student pilots to professional aviators to homebuilders.
If you have never been, it is hard to describe the scale. Every category of aviation is represented, from experimental homebuilts and warbirds to business jets and ultralights. The forum stages run educational sessions all day. The exhibition halls are packed with vendors, avionics companies, insurance providers, and aircraft manufacturers.
For pilots who carry aviation insurance, AirVenture is also one of the few places where you can sit across from the people who build your policy and ask direct questions. We take that seriously, which is why we are back again in 2026.
